Major Responsibilities (not limited)
- Assist General Manager for daily admin work
- Communicate with customer, collect order information and prepare sales order forecast
- Prepare safe stock list
- Order handling from customer and process to ERP system
- Create new business partner/sales order in SAP based on customer supplied information
- Prepare purchase order in SAP
- Working with forwarder for imported products entry
- Prepare delivery note for customer
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above
- Ability to handle several tasks concurrently
- Be familiar with computer knowledge and MS office, e.g. word, excel, PPT. etc
- 2+ years working experience
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking
- Team player with good communication skill
- SAP experience as the advantages
